Our meeting will
be from 6:30-9:00. This allows travel during
lighter congestion.
Our Meetings are now in the O'Neil lounge.
This map shows the entrance to O’Neil (Building 4,
arrow) and 2 areas for parking. Building 3
(Nathman) is where we have been meeting. You can
also use Nathman parking if the closer spaces are
full.
Meeting Room Differences:
O’Neil has a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. It does
not have glassware, plastic utensils, or
paper napkins. If you need these items, bring
your own.
The space is more like a living room and not
hall-like as in Nathman.
There are 2 tables for dining and comfortable chairs
for discussion.
The front door to O’Neill is locked. However, the
lounge is just inside the front door on the left.
There are windows to the left of the O’Neil front
door the look into the lounge. If you need someone
to open the door, just tap on one of these windows.
After our October meeting we’ll discuss whether we
want to make this a
permanent change.
Members bring their own food. A
host is assigned on a rotating basis:
View. The host
duties are:
--Provides snacks and beverages
--Discusses the author and moderates the discussion
--Supervises cleanup (O'Neil should be left as we found
it)
