Makes 3 loaves
Three 8” by 4” by 2 ½ ”
tin baking loaf pans
In a large bowl, combine flour,
sugars, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Set aside.
Using a mixer or food processor
mix eggs, oil, water and pumpkin. Mix in flour-sugar mixture in batches.
Pour into greased and floured
loaf pans. Top with walnut
halves.
Bake (preheated) 350-degrees
for 55 minutes on lowest oven rack. Test
for doneness with long toothpick. Cool.
Freezes well. Warm to
serve.
