Northwest Pizza

  •    2 large thin Boboli (pizza crust)

  •    8 ounces mozzarella, shredded

  •    3 T. each red and green onion, finely chopped

  •    4 T. green chilies, chopped

  •    2 T. capers

  •    6 ounces tiny cooked shrimp

  •    4 ounces smoked Nova salmon, chopped

  •    6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Makes two large pizzas

Spread ingredients evenly over two Boboli in the order listed above.  Put pizza on a round baking tin.  Bake (one at a time) in preheated 450-degree oven for 12 minutes.
