Golden Parmesan Potatoes

  •    1/3 Cup melted butter

  •    6 large potatoes (Yukon gold are best)

  •    1/4 cup sifted flour

  •    1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  •    3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Cut peeled potatoes into quarters or less depending on size of potato. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bake.  Add several pieces of moistened potato and shake to coat with cheese mixture.  Melt butter into 13 X 9 inch baking pan.  Layer potatoes in pan and bake at 375º F for about one hour until golden brown, turning over during baking.  Sprinkle with fresh parsley, or dill as desired.
